Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main mission will be:
• To create material master data in productive system and launch workflow so that remaining data are completed.
• To adapt structures for production system (internal ID numbers, modifications in BOM) to fit necessities of real production
• Modify manufacturing bill of materials with support of information supplied by Procurement and Material Planning for availability of new materials
• Solve any inconsistency in standard orders related with a configuration error, a price difference or wrong assignation of materials
• Ensure avoidance of mistakes in manufacturing configuration of products
• Collaborate to harmonize implementation processes in Supply Chain Europe.
• Participate in projects for the development of modifications in manufacturing configuration and production processes that contribute to improve efficiency and quality.
• Propose changes to develop processes more efficiently and eliminate those activities without any added value for the organization.
• Support actively a fluent communication with colleagues in other areas (Procurement, Material Planning, Quality, Engineering)
