Job description, responsibilities and duties
Supporting the Head of SCQ EU actively in her daily business, maintains the calendar up to date, ensures the central filing of important documents and prepares presentation documents and correspondence in English. Additionally, the coordinator maintains budget / invoice control and consolidates the monthly reporting.
• Active support in daily business and central filing of important documents
• Maintain budget / invoice control and issue expense claims of SCQ EU Head
• Assist with the HR tool Success Factors (LDR & Objectives)
• Prepare monthly CQ Scorecard for KL members
• Prepare monthly SCQ Scorecard (consolidation of KW inputs and verification of the correctness)
• Maintain the intranet appearance of CQ
• Budget and invoice control
• Expense claims issue
• Monthly CQ and SCQ Scorecards preparation
