Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for our new P&O colleague who will be a local partner of our team in Slovakia and who will be an active member of the International HR Community, spanning 14 countries. . This role reports to the Head of Business Partners based in Austria.

• Identify, collect and align business requirements and needs
• Consult, advice and coach employees and leaders on adopting and using P&O methods and guidelines
• Act as a trusted partner for the Business to identify best suitable P&O solutions
• Communicate with employees, Distribution of documents, active cooperation on P&O projects
Recruiting:
For all levels in area of responsibility:
 Determine hiring need with hiring manager, ensure request is compliant with P&O policies/guidelines
Talent diagnostics:
 Support Business to identify the right assessment tool for the need
 Prepare easy to digest and granular insights for the leaders, allowing them to identify potential and development areas
Talent & Succession Management:
 Identify local critical positions together with the Business
 Steer the preparation, moderation and follow up of Talent Reviews
 Ensure strong Succession/Talent pipeline, incl. advise on development plans and succession planning
 Drive calibration reviews with managers
Talent & Leadership Development:
 Consult and train leaders in choosing and enrolling in the fitting Talent and Leadership Development measures for their employees
 Partner with manager to manage planned development budget/spend
 Review/consult planned development actions of identified talent
 Engage with and nurture top talents of respective area
Skilling & Learning:
 Support tribe with global roll outs of processes, products and communication
 Identify upskilling needs in respective area and team up with tribe to initiate measures and initiatives
 Ensure regular H&S trainings, Health check
Total Rewards:
 Review, analyze and partner with business on ensuring market competitiveness
 Partner with G&PS for data and analysis needs
 Consult leaders on individual cases
 Partner with managers and provide input for salary review, merit process and out of cycle adjustments
 Calibrate salary review with managers
Performance Management:
 Kickoff target agreement and target assessment process
 Support in building performance management awareness and capability amongst employees and managers
 Ensure balanced calibration of ratings across the organization
 Coach leaders for performance cases or exits

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR field, advantage of Business Partnering
• Excellent communication skills in Slovak and English (daily communication in Engl.), German is advantage, but not mandatory
• Work well with MS office applications, specifically with Excel
•Problem solving attitude and good at prioritizing on a daily basis
• Flexible and hands on mentality
