Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Partner to local leadership team
• Member of HR team in SEE region responsible for various HR projects
• HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures development
• Training and development processes management, support to management
and employees to develop the skills and capabilities
• Recruitment process, including interview, cooperation with hiring managers
• Performance management
• People management

• Proven working experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist sr.
• People oriented and results driven personality
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Ability to prioritize work appropriately and make decisions in an independent manner
• Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
• Ability to lead a team of HR Expertise
