Your responsibilities

Handling of customer inquiries and support for Scheidt & Bachmann system solutions incl. applications and operating systems.
Telephone acceptance and capture of technical disturbances and user questions.
Analysis and removal of disurbances.
Support with user questions.
Analysis and configuration of our systems by distant servicing.
Realization and control of software updates.
Management of the fax and e-mail entrance.
Support of other departments with problem analysis.
Possibly call readiness beyond the normal working hours .

Your profile

Work experience in the service business of advantage.
Knowledge in network technology.
Distinctive communicative abilities and high service and customer orientation as well as affinity to the systematic problem analysis.
German language skills are advantageous.
Flexibility in view of working hours.
