Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main tasks of this position is pre-sales support of BUS Salesforce team within CER, administration of BUS Sales system SPORT/ETEL, preparation of vehicles documentation for Scania Slovakia.
Job Responsibilities:

- Administration of sales system SPORT / ETEL
- Coordination of activities for CER countries and Order&Logistic department
- Translations of components in quoting system BUS sales portal SPORT/ETEL CER markets language, communication of changes in systems to sales force
- Update mentioned sales systems inline with product news and communication to salesforce
- Preparation of documentation to BUS quotations
- Issuing documentation to vehicles and Buses within Slovakia
- Support for marketing department for sales promo documentation materials
- Reporting for BUS Sales CER
- Substitution of defined roles within sales department in case of superior decision
