Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job position purpose:
To continuously control the service contract cost at CER level and thus to help reducing the cost of Scania CER service contracts.
Closely cooperate with technical department especially in EPS, local technical campaigns and other technical issues related to service contracts repairs
Responsible for:
o Cost controlling of service contracts in RAMAS system
o wrongly processed repairs identification
o communication towards repairing dealer, correction request
o correction and approval in RAMAS system
o communication with foreign workshops, asking for repair details
o EPS and other technical campaign processing control (trucks with service contract)
o Training of cost administrators at the dealers
o Analysis of repair data for CS manager for bookclosing report
o Support/back-up of FMS administration
