Project Manager CER

Responsibilities:
• Making sure that approved Project Management Process is followed in daily routines by Project Leaders
• Assuring that Project Management System is used in intended way, cooperating with solution supplier on further improvements
• Providing Trainings of PrM Process and System to the group of Project Leaders
• Creating internal awareness about Project Management in the organisation at various levels, making sure that CER delivery reputation will be continuously improved
• Supporting Project leaders with their projects on-demand
• Personally leading project with high importancy
• Liaison with Scania CVAB Project Management Office
• Regular Project Portfolio Meetings with Top-Management team
• Helping Top Management to make right decisions about portfolio priorities (providing right insight and information as a base for such decision)
• F&A SRS activities (Lean management) follow-up

Expectations:
• Able to liason amongst many departments
• Able to communicate at senior management level as well as employee level, proficiency in reporting to various levels
• Thorough understanding on Project Management methodology, Prince2 certification is advantage
• Experience with PMO implementation or set-up is advantage
• 5+ years significant experience with IS/IT project management and system developments, including external supplier management
• Highly customer oriented, focused on on-time delivery and needs fullfillment
• Strong personality and „can-do“ attitude
• Organized and structured professional with efficient multi-tasking capabilities
• Process oriented
• Travels +20% of working time
