Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job position purpose:
 To manage and provide Contracted Services administration support for the CER market ensuring the successful implementation and running of processes related to the Scania CER CS product portfolio.
 Cooperate with NT sales and AS sales departments on Contracted Services business development issues in the market as well as, when appropriate, to promote and develop new ideas in a CER region
 Cooperate with Finance /Controlling Department
Responsible for:
 Administration of Contracted services, new product contract´s preparation, CS reporting on monthly and yearly base, business market plan
 Support of development, implementation, sales and marketing of the Contracted Services product portfolio on the market.
 To liaise with sales staff, workshop managers and Finance & Accounting
 Establish and review the Contracted Services process description, procedures and authorities and communicate it to the organisation.
 Establish and review the pre-calculated distribution plan for contract revenues and projected contract costs (spend curve).
 Establish and review the national legal contract documents (General Terms & Conditions etc) for Contracted Services.
 Make tools available for regular and accurate reporting and control of national contracts portfolio.
 Profitability calculations and follow-up of costs related to the Contracted Services sales on the market.
 Internal communication with salesmen, dealer managers and management.

  • Training of sales staff (argumentation and system tools handling)
  • Contract conditions and updates according to B&S department tasks
 Administration
  • Training of administration staff using standard factory tools
  • Issuing of rules and updates
  • CS management database master administration
 Follow-up
  • Contract portfolio development overview
  • Main CS KPI follow-up
Other key activities
 Internal communication in all contracted services related issues.
 When appropriate direct contact to key account customers in the contracted services business area.

In Slovakia the structure consists of shared functions at Distributor level and 2 dealerships - West and East. Under the structure of these 2 dealership we provide services through the network of 6 workshops (repair and maintenance centers) in Senec, Nové Zámky, Žilina, Zvolen, Poprad, Ličartovce.

Today Scania CER counts approximately 750 employees, of which in Slovak entity we employ more than 220 employees.
