Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Business Administration Manager is responsible for administration, developing and implementing of improvement processes in the After Sales areas.
 Internal communication with the dealer network regarding the planning, results in aftersales business area.
 Develop and implement improvement processes to optimalise profitability of the After Sales areas.
 Developing and managing the reporting and business development tools on workshop level, financial and operational targets, and communication towards dealer managers to ensure that the appropriate measures are in place to achieve these targets.
 Workshop managers economical education and development of management skills on WS level
 Marketing coordination of aftersales activities
 Communication processes within distributor and service network
Aftersales business development

  • Contribute to the business planning process, assisting in the development of target and objective setting, action planning, as well as follow up and deviation analysis.
  • Work in cooperation with other Departments and Business Units to achieve common business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.
  • Communication and coordination towards dealer managers to secure KPI and target fulfillment, activities planning .

Workshop managers education and development

  • Coordination and couching of workshop manager in are of economical and manager skill
  • Training of WMs, especially economical and financial

Marketing coordination of aftersales activities

  • Close cooperation with marketing department
  • Promotion of new product concepts in the network, coordination of communication with dealers.
