Job description, responsibilities and duties

SCA is looking for a new member of sales team on the position of Key Account Manager for Slovak market

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

- profitable growth of SCA partners
- execution of the SCA AFH Strategy
- co-operation with AFH organisation in order to achieve development plans with SCA partners
- managing price and product mix assortment
- support distributor growth
- adequate planning and working time split in line with SCA AFH Strategy
- sales analysis
- monitoring and transferring the knowledge about competitors activities
- account receivable management
- effective utilisation of the marketing materials
- good co-operation with distributors Sales Forces
- punctual and accurate reports and required analysis and documentations

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Experience and background requirements:

- minimum 2-3 years experience with key accounts
- experience in B2B
- flexible to travel among the CZ/SK on the daily basis
- ablility to work in project, understanding project management process
- excellent communiucation skills
- professional sales skills and negotiation
- strong customer focus and drives brand focus
- high level of analytical skills, planning and organising
- able to work individually with limited supervision
- adaptable to a changing business environment
- well organised, able to focus on several issues and prioritise effectively
- high level of commitment, loyalty and dedication
