Job description, responsibilities and duties

SCA is a leading hygiene company with a vast portfolio of strong brands. For our TENA brand we are looking for a Brand Manager.

The Brand Manager is part of a regional marketing team and works on diverse projects for Slovakia, where TENA holds strong market positions. The mix of B2C and B2B marketing makes this position the perfect platform for a career at SCA

Main tasks:
• Implement the marketing plan and the marketing activities for TENA in Pharmacies, Home Care and Institutions

• Execute excellent shopper related activities according to sound category management principles

• Ensure close cooperation with sales departments

• Local adaptation of brand communication for the products towards the sales channels Home Care (pharmacies) and Institutions

• Plan and execute product re-launches and promotion activities incl. budget control

• Analysis of market and competitor data to generate insights

• Cooperation with external agencies and internally with Sales, Customer Service and Production

• Participate in and lead regional projects

• More than 3 years’ experience in pharma industry
• First Brand & Product Management experience
• Fluent in English to work in international teams
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills and financial awareness
• Creative mind-set
• Ability to work in team and also in a self-dependent way
• Customer and consumer driven
• Able to support cross functional team motivation and work within matrix organizational setup
