Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Smaller and bigger vertical account related project
- Change Management (changes in customer’s setup for a production account e.g. bandwidth upgrade/downgrade, client’s ERP replacement, access environment change like Citrix, VDI or Vmware, security policies)
- Projects Management (new processes added by customer to the existing ones)
- Transitions Management (incidental, self development, preferably not vertical account related e.g. hand-over / take-over conflict of interests)
