Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Participation on implementation and delivery of projects and services, primarily in Customer Intelligence area
• Based on achieved experience cooperation on the analysis, solution design and implementation
• Support of implemented solutions in operations (analyses, design, development, test, deployment) and technical customer support based on service level agreements
• Support of technical activities, presentations for customers
• Active participation on identification of business opportunities at customers
• Become proficient in the use of SAS software (training will be provided)
• Active participation in sales process, e.g. assessment, proof of value, RFP, demo presentations etc.
• Providing professional courses (trainings) for SAS customers
• Other tasks based on the Manager's assignment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant work experience in Customer Intelligence area
• Experience with projects implementation
• General knowledge of IT standards - operating systems, security, network, protocols

ADDITIONAL ASSETS - ADVANTAGES
• Web page development experience - HTML/HTML5, JavaScript , enterprise CMS, SEO
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Measurement Protocol or similar tools
• Experience with online ad technologies such as Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Etarget
• Knowledge of social network data processing via available API (Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Online marketing knowledge
• Knowledge of data warehouse and reporting
• Database Oracle, MS SQL , SQL programming
• Operating systems UNIX/LINUX knowledge, shell scripting
• Knowledge of additional programming languages e.g. .NET and Java
• Experience with SAS technologies
