Job description, responsibilities and duties
Customer Focus
Uses knowledge of customer’s business and industry to assess findings and shape solutions
Assist with identifying client issues
Assist customers in the development of processes and procedures which leverage Ariba solution functionality being deployed
Shares knowledge and experience through training and communication to customers
Participates in project management tasks to provide deliverables are on time within budget
Processing functional and easy technical requests coming from customer
Processing site admin requests
Has a very good overview of the inbox and reacts proactively towards the customer and team
Testing of new service packs on customers’ instances
Evaluating customer’s requests (business analysis)
Building customer individual extensions to our standard software or develop new
Teamwork
Maintains regular communication with team members (e.g. face-to-face, conference calls, instant messages, emails)
Proactively identify and prevent possible issues that can have impact on successful solution delivery
Works actively on establishing communication channels and relationship with the client

Personality requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Fluent English is a must, additional languages are a plus
Good analytical, troubleshooting skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentations skills
Ability to travel
Knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, or sourcing is a plus
Basic technical background, knowledge of MS Office and elementary knowledge of reporting (SQL)
