Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Communicate with Samsung sales offices and Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Communicate with EEDC other departments (Packing Centre, Cost & Claim, Security, FG Control Tower team, RPM, HR, IT)
- Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
- Providing daily outbound list for Logistics Service Providers
- Checking the status of the created delivery orders (communication with Logistic Service Provider and sales offices): WH preparation, loading, transportation and documentation
- Escort service management for HHP shipments (inbound, outbound)
- Cooperate with stock controller about HHP WH stock management issues
- Support HHP inbound management
- GPS monitoring of transportation trucks
- KPI management related to outbound (OTGI, OTD OTIOD)
- Managing of current express delivery requests
- New item measurement process
- Return, WH claim management
- Customer Requirement management with sales offices and LSPs
