Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Develop, implement and guard HR Policies, instruments and procedures within Samsung SDS guidelines in order to create and optimum fit between the organization and its human resources.
- Update, discuss and execute the HR department plans with regards to recruitment, retention, manpower planning, succession planning, training needs and performance, in order to have a current overview of the status of the organization.
- Determine and advice management on follow up actions with regards to the outcome of the HR department plans.
- Lead execution of yearly performance evaluation in order to secure an objective evaluation and accurate appraisal process.
- Create a yearly training plan based on the training needs.
- Lead development, implementation and benchmarking of benefits in order to maintain a package of benefits in line with HQ guidelines.
- Observe market trends and statutory changes in order to keep an up to date package of benefits.
- Execute job grading and benchmarking in order to have an up to date job function framework.
- Wage agenda supervising in order to ensure to optimum payroll services.
- Responsible for leading the expatriate team in order to provide an optimum level of support to all expatriates.
- Lead development, implementation and evaluation of activities which will contribute to the constantly increase of employee satisfaction.
- Execute general HR responsibilities such as job interviews, performance evaluation, follow up on sickness, approval of leave.
- HR reporting to SDS Management.
