Quality Manager

The main mission of the position is to establishing from the ground the whole Quality Department and ensure ISO TS 16949, ISO 9000, VDA 6.1 will be followed. You will be responsible for managing the safety and quality processes for all products. You will plan, provide and analyse internal audits, prepare data for management reviews, advice and implement new improvements. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the whole process whilst being able to lead colleagues to achieve set objectives.

Main responsibilities
- With support of mother company’s processes to build up the whole quality department, workflow and communication standards
- To manage the Quality department as required ensuring the achievement of the plan
- To identify and improve quality standards through whole process
- To instruct/lecture colleagues on quality standards, safety and environments’ protection

The Candidate’s competence
•experience in Quality Management
•leadership skills with more than 3 years’ experience in Quality
•experience of developing Quality systems
•active German is required, English is beneficial
•self-initiation and team player
•computer literate
•experience of EMS
•demonstrable leadership track record is an advantage
