Headhunter / Associate partner

THE POSITION
To meet the requirements of the market and to ensure the continued expansion, SAM Headhunting need to add to its current staff of Consultants- Headhunters.

Your main tasks will be:
•Selling your own assignments within search and headhunting.
•Plan and carry out meeting with customers.
•Receive briefings and carry out analysis of the positions and elaborate job descriptions.
•Independently carry out the search process, candidate interviews and tests.
•Prepare presentation material, candidate presentations, and take references.
•Ensure data for quality analysis and carry out follow-up with customers/candidates.
•Nurse and develop your own customer portfolio.
•Participate in cross-organisational assignment in SAM Headhunting to further develop the company and its concepts.

After a period of training in our products, processes, and help and analysis tools, you will be given your own assignments and customers.

The SAM Headhunting Group is based on a ‘virtual organization’ and all of our consultants work out of their own home offices. This is very cost effective and allows for very competitive fees and a maximum of flexibility. A central service centre provides the necessary support for all SAM consultants.
