Product Manager - division RIGIPS

-Management of gypsum plaster product mix focused on sustainable profit improvement
-Strategic planing, defining of real sales oportunities in the whole product life cycle
- Developing a product strategy including product positioning, marketability, growth and competitiveness
-Research, analyze, plan, design, implement and execute the new product development cycle as well as post launch program and product tracking
-Regular communication with supplying factories, international networking
-Develop collateral and communications for both internal / sales aids, guides, procedures) and extermal audiences (marketing materials)
-Support for sales team in technical features of relevant products
- Trainings and presentations

-Several years product management experience - including defining user experience needs, product value propositions, developing features and benefits, managing financials and developing roadmaps
- Plaster´s productportofolio experience desired
-Deep understanding od product architecture and costumer´s preferences
- Knowledge of building market structure, trends and influential companies
- Experience working directly with appliers, contractors and distributors
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and inter-personal communication skills
- Team player
- Driver´s license B
