Product Manager - divízia ISOVER

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant technical data
- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products.
- Design market research to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
- Assist with the development of the annual sales and marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales support in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
- Responsible for budgeting, preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at warehouses
- Responsible for pricing and profitability of the product line
- Regular communication with supplying factories, international networking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product.

The Product Manager position is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

As Product Manager, will guide a team that is responsible for a products line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing and launching new products for the company. The person on this position has to possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
- University degree (civil engineering)
- English skills upper- intermediate (active)
- 3 years product management experience
- Knowledgeable in building physics and construction solutions and trends
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in the region
