Your mission
- Foster customer acquisitions
- Achieve sales targets following the company´s sales circle
- Kick the sale of services and products to new customers (inbound sales, social selling)
- Collaborate with the management of telemarketing/telesales developing new campaigns
- Analyze and develop solutions for the challenges of the customers and prospects
- Create and track new offers
- Optimize the standardized marketing & sales processes
- Process tenders, enquiries and manage the pitch teams

Besides developing the range of their own software products, they specialize in consulting and product implementation. With 75 employees offering the family-like atmosphere on the small-sized teams, their portfolio accounts for 400 customers partnering the big fish like Salesforce, Camcon, Thalia or Hermes. Personality requirements and skills
Your profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales of Salesforce, CRM or SaaS solutions
- Fluency in German and English (every-day communication with customers)
- Experience in new customer acquisition, ideally in telesales / business development for CRM / marketing solutions
- High level of communication skills, personal responsibility (internal and external) and persuasiveness
- Excellent motivational skills to inspire the customers and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Qualified university degree, ideally in the field of (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable education is an advantage
