Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for position of Network Administrator in Zilina region.
Expectations from the Role:
Expectations from the Role:
- Administration of LAN hardware (routers, switches, WIFI, firewall, proxy, VOIP)
- Administration of WAN hardware and network devices in data centers
- Administration of VPN (site-to-site, remote access)
- Administration of multivendor environment – Cisco, HP
- Projects might include work with devices based on Linux platform, linux knowledge required (troubleshooting, testing)
- Design and implementation of new services, incl. proof of concept, testing, implementation and maintenance
- Suggest improvements to existing services, how to improve their quality, reliability or reduce cost
- Solving incidents, responsibility/accountability for incident resolution
- Resolving/completing services requests from users/teams
- Contribute to improving the skillset of the team and its members

Personality requirements and skills
- 3 years of hands-on experience administering production LAN networks
- Demonstrated knowledge of routing and switching protocols at the CCNP level (formal certification is not required, CCNA certification is an advance)
- Knowledge of security solutions (firewall configuration, IPSEC VPN site-to-site, remote access, SSL VPN Checkpoint)
- Knowledge in the area of AAA (detailed knowledge of RADIUS protocol)
- Configuration of Cisco WLC, WIFI security
- Overview of network technologies, focus on Cisco
- Basic Linux skills, VOIP, Virtualization, Windows Servers
- Active use of English language at work
