RSD is a global leading software vendor of Information Governance solutions. We are looking for talented and dynamic DevOps Engineers to assist the growth of our team and meet challenges such as distributed software, big data and cloud based solutions.

This position is located in Bratislava, Slovakia. The main objective for the Support engineer is to support On Premise and SaaS solutions working with medium to large enterprises. Role would have you working as support and operations of SaaS solutions in both break fix and capacity management role.

Key responsibilities:

• Support on premise environments, manage services for medium to large customers,
• Support SaaS solutions (Software as a service)
• Collaborate with others groups in Geneva such as Product Management, Developers, DevOps, etc.
• Document and apply procedures to diagnose and solve incidents.

System administration, Linux, automation, Cloud

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

UNIX/Linux administration - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• 2 or more years of Linux/Unix experince (RedHat, Ubuntu and SuSE ideally)
• Sysadmin knowledge of Tomcat, Oracle and MySQL
• Experience in at least one Web Application Servers: WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic
• At least basic knowledge in networking and routing including VPN, firewalling, etc.
