We are seeking a talented, dynamic and highly motivated Presales Software Engineer to join RSD, the leader in Information Governance. The position is for RSD office in Bratislava with global activity coverage. The mission of the Presales Software Engineer is to develop and maintain the demo and proof of concept (POC) environments for RSD information governance solutions. Alongside the software engineer role, he or she is actively involved in sales opportunities driven by Presales department delivering the best technical solutions to meet customer requirement. The successful individual will be both a self-starter and a team player.
The scope of the Presales Software Engineer role consists on the following activities:
• Become a technical expert of RSD information governance solutions and develop, maintain and improve the existing RSD Presales demo and POC environments
• Provide expertise in RSD Information Governance Solution and fully understand strategic, conceptual and solution selling as related to the RSD market space and to articulate those accordingly
• Work and interact with RSD Professional Services and RSD Engineering departments in order to keep RSD Presales demo environment up-to-date.

• No minimum of professional experience is required for this role
• Ability to understand business problems and to design and propose suitable solutions with experience in dealing with complex solution and infrastructure
• Independent, well organized and self-confident individual
Technical skills:
• Experience in Java technologies (developer level)
• Strong technical skills in Java, Web Services, Relational database and Global Web architecture environments
• Good knowledge of distributed N-tiers architectures and Web J2EE
Application servers
• Knowledge of SQL DB (M: SQL, Oracle, …)
• Any experience in Document or Records management is an asset
