Join Our Team as Head of Finance!

Are you a strategic financial leader with a track record of driving growth and maximizing profitability? We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our finance department as Head of Finance.

Your responsibilities will be:

• responsibility for defining the financial strategic and operational objectives and tasks of the department;
• actively participates in effective management of the company's revenues and costs;
• responsibility for financial control and accounting outsourcing;
• responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively;
• oversees and reviews the budgets for each department;
• ensures that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations, legislation and guidelines;
• updates and implements financial policies and procedures;
• oversees all external financial audits and internal control operations;
• creates and maintains relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants;
• manage business controlling;
• manage and overview work of Legal department, Procurement & Vendor management department, Office management;
• management of people, determines and evaluates goals.

Wage (gross)

5 500 EUR/monthmin. 5500€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal we put a min. salary, but please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations. The final salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Information about the selection process

Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies and RPC. Recruitment process may vary from position, seniority, or number of applicants, but you may expect:

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background
2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.

Personality requirements and skills

- experience in the field of finance, accounting and taxes, ideally with more than 10 years of experience in the field of financial management and analysis and contract revision;
- experience in leading and motivating several teams;
- proven experience in a senior finance leadership role;
- experience with management of budget and financial projects;
- strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw conclusions from it;
- knowledge of local and international financial and accounting regulations;
- effective communication with different parties (management, departments and external auditors, HO, etc.)
- strong negotiation skills
- fluent English language
