Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for the strategic development of Logistics and Customer support of Roche Diagnostics. The main accountabilities will be related to general logistics processes, such as receiving orders from customers, invoicing, claims handling and ensuring the overall logistics flow (ordering, storage, transportation) from the vendors to the final customer.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring flow of products from our local Distributor to the end-customer.
- Collection of Purchase Orders from customers
- Dealing with customer claims, goods return slip processing and issuing credit notes
- Co-operation with 3rd party logistics services provider
- Improving the knowledge about products
- Co-operation intensively within organization, especially with Sales, Service, Commercial and Finance Department
- Monitoring and taking proactive actions in relationship with Intercompany Partners
- Rent invoicing and follow up
- Customer Master Data

Information about the selection process

Contract for this position will be signed for temporary time as a substitution during maternity and parental leave.
