Site Operations Manager

Responsible for operations of the site covering multi-disciplinary agenda including Security, Facilities, Environment, Health & Safety, Work Environments, including purchasing, repairing, and servicing equipment, as well as obtaining services for the affiliate. Ensures, organizes and manages the maintenance and purchase of a company property/equipment.

Office management:
• Co-operates with procurement department.
• Coordinates employees performing administrative/ assistant work (assistants?, receptionist).
• Supervises and managers work of Receptionist .
• Communicates with external suppliers.
• Controls all maintenance costs, monitor cleaning service.
• Acts as the liaison with the office space lessor.
• Supervise company drivers.
• Organizes and supervises reconstruction of the office.
• Co-ordinates various activities related to daily operations when possible.
• In full alignment with company’s guidelines, inform the LSR for pharmacovigilance of any adverse event of any Roche drug. All adverse events reported according to the Drug Safety guidelines.
• To support, execute and follow up the compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, industry codes, Roche guidelines, policies and integrity standards.
• Responsible for Records Management coordination within the local organization reflecting the rules of Roche Group Records Management Program
• Car fleet management

SHE (Safety, Health and Environment)
• Support to the General Manager and local management team in bearing the responsibility of SHE related agenda:
• Support in SHE management system - providing risk management system, local controls and audits in according to global directives;
• Help to roll-out global programs and implement local programs to ensure compliance with the SHE Policy, the Guidelines and those Directives applicable to local operations;
• Coordination of SHE action plans and related activities at affiliate;
• Through a proper education program enable all employees and managers to understand and implement the necessary steps;
• Reporting – globally as per Roche internal directives, locally as per legislation.
