Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Product Specialist you will deal with support requests and queries from customers and Roche staff (engineers, sales representatives) via phone or e-mail.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting software set-up/ configuration/ installation/ troubleshooting for
- Pre-/post-analytical instruments
- Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Other IT related systems which are supplied by Roche.
• Taking care of proper documentation of all activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Being responsible for information and knowledge transfer, support for product updates and new launches as well as quality monitoring.
• Cooperating with colleagues from the international team and taking responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Electronics or related field

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Successful candidate comes from a similar working background, where handling problems and dealing with queries from the healthcare area is familiar to you.
You are somebody who is passionate about providing a good service and works well within an international team environment. A self-starter who takes pride in his achievements but equally can overcome set-backs quickly looking for the positive in every situation.

You have:
• Native/perfect Czech or Slovak language skills (obligatory).
• Polish language will be an asset.
• Good English communication skills - necessary for abroad trainings/ documentation/ team cooperation.
• Experience with diagnostics instruments or laboratory information systems will be an asset.
• Network/ TCP/ Windows awareness.
• Focus on providing excellent service to our customers, demonstrating strong listening and communication skills by phone when engaging with people, and being comfortable as part of a team.
• Very good organization skills, with a desire to complete tasks ensuring you always deliver on your promises.
• Driving license B.
