To manage manufacturing activities for the segment in compliance with segment/site objectives regarding manufacturing costs, quality, inventory and on-time-delivery in Cooperation with EHS, quality, sourcing, engineering, sales/marketing, HR, Finance and IT.
Job Dimensions:
- Responsibility for the management of Manufacturing structure
- Manufacturing includes production, material management, maintenance and methods
- Maintain, standardize and improve the manufacturing and related processes within the local site following Best Practice approaches and local statutory requirements.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting including narrative on variances
Main Responsibilities:
- To implement quality program (internally and externally) to achieve and maintain full customers’ satisfaction, in line with ISO 9000 standards and with the support of the quality department
- To improve organization addressed to Lean principles and teams spirit environmental
- To maximizing Plant profitability
- To provide an effective materials and inventory management (material planning) to assure production flow, inventory level and customers’ want date.
- To contribute to material cost reduction programs
- To ensure best manufacturing processes addressed to continuous improvement through creativity and capital budget management
- To ensure a highly participative environment through proper training programs, effectively people evaluation by setting personal objectives
