Junior Brand Manager CEE

In addition to the Austrian full range retail business, REWE International AG also manages the supermarket segment in seven Central and Eastern European countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Ukraine). The international business segment CEE of REWE International AG with its 28,400 employees generates nearly 40% of total sales and thus constitutes a significant business unit. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and tapping (inter)national potentials of the private labels by efficiently working together with the internal and external interfaces
• Ensuring the (inter)national private label strategy and the listing process
• Organisational administration of the development and introduction of private labels in the CEE countries
• Implementing and coordinating the packaging design based on the approved brand CI and the design regulations according to the legal requirements of the respective CEE
countries
• Involvement in the coordination of product development; organisation of product samples and product specifications
• Close cooperation with graphic design agencies, quality management, suppliers and your colleagues in the CEE countries

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in brand management and a relevant degree of commercial education
• Excellent IT user skills (MS Office)
• Excellent command of English – additional foreign languages are and advantage
• Creative and graphical mind, assertiveness, solution-oriented
• Intercultural competence, open-minded, performs well under pressure
• Creativity, innovativeness, structured work style
• Brand affinity in the field of food and non-food
