Job description, responsibilities and duties
Business Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers (Raiffeisen banks) in CEE region, identifying customer needs and ensuring that RPC is able to meet these needs with our services.
The main objectives are:
- Maintain Customer Relationship through close communication and engagement.
- Identify Service Requirements, customer need and demands, identify changing business strategy and objectives and ensure that continual improvement opportunities are being fed in to maximize their business value.
- Accountable for development, managing expectations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of all services.
- Sigh up Customers to Standard Services and maintain the agreements, monitoring and maintaining the main SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure that the satisfaction is managed through measuring by Customer Satisfaction Survey, driving and monitoring the continuous improvement.
- Handle and Monitor Customer Complaints within the company.
- Build a bridge between the Customer and internal teams, translating demand into supply, ensuring supply-demand alignment.
- Accountable for business partner awareness of systems security requirements and responsibilities.
- Ensure the alignment and compliance with group and company standards and strategies.
- Driving the knowledge transfer among the customers withing group sharing the best ideas for their card business.
