Job description, responsibilities and duties
- SW and HW installation, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Resolving IT users issues/ Next Business Day onsite support
- LAN/WLAN administration
- Assistance to users in expanding their PC skills
- Log interventions and report back on an agreed time basis
- Maintenance of user information database and the hardware and software assets
- Involved in planning, testing and implemention of business system projects
- Participation in disaster recovery plans creation and execution
- Providing technical support to the business for process and productivity improvements through use of technology
