Manager General Accounting

Your main would be responsibilities:
• Managing and developing of strategies for providing general accounting & reconciliation services to internal clients in a shared services environment
• Responsibility for record-to-report, product costing and inventory accounting activities
• Managing of daily GL team operations (record transactions, intercompany accounting, interfaces, consolidation of financial results, performance of financial reporting etc.)
• Assurance that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, chart of accounts, and related accounting principles and practices
• Prescribing of methods of providing accounting data for various non-standard reports and statements
• Directing of maintenance of fixed asset records and related depreciation accounts, providing of interpretative assistance as to the proper capitalization/expensing of outlays, grouping of fixed assets by class and depreciation methodology
• Collaboration with management to develop schedules, procedures and systems to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment, and reporting of financial data
• Leading of the team and its daily operations and processing all needed checks, month close and forecasting
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners (auditors, tax advisors, local authorities, other departments of the company and others)
• Maximization of effectiveness and efficiency of the team and implement relevant improvements
• Management of the reporting of areas in scope as outlined by the Service Level Agreement
