Role Summary/Purpose
The role of Key Account Manager – Radiology is an important role within the companies regional expansion plans. The single contributor role shall operate within the Czech and Slovakian markets reporting directly to the Regional General Manager. The headline purpose of the role is to develop & implement company sales strategy in line with global and regional visions by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with Accounts in Czech Republic and Slovakia, e.g. hospitals, hospital groups, government bodies or Group Purchasing Organizations. Develop & maintain detailed understanding of accounts’ business and keep GE Healthcare Region & Product management informed/ appropriately involved. Lead & close multimodality and single product deals.

Essential Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and order volumes at the target prices in Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all company Healthcare businesses, products & services within allocated accounts/territory.
• Represent company and act as a primary customer point of contact in the allocated accounts/territory.
• Provide on-going feedback to management, product teams, services and marketing.
• Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans in the Region cross functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Grow company share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.
• Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management.
• Build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of accounts to continue to add value, and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS.
• In cooperation with Product teams and Marketing, drive company Healthcare marketing events in assigned territory.
• Be aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client’s segment.
• Lead and leverage Product Sales Specialists, Care Area, Service Operations and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to create a competitive differentiation.
• Follow all applicable company policies, procedures and operating mechanisms.
• Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management.
• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Education to Bachelor Degree level or the equivalent of five years of sales experience. Masters and PhD level education preferred but not essential.
• The key knowledge base for this role lies directly within Radiography. If you have a PhD in Radiography study areas, have experience in managing and analysing clinical trials using Radiography, have experience maintaining and operating Radiography devices or experience in the commercial management and ordering/purchase of Radiography devices, we want to hear from you.
