Marketing & Sales Correspondent

This company specialise in internal space renovation and construction projects within the commercial, industrial and residential sectors globally. Due to constant expansion and maintained success, this comapnies sales and marketing operations require supplmenting with further knowledge and expertise

The role of Marketing and Sales Correspondant shall focus on the provision of superior sales and marketing support for the Central Europe South region and customer service to total customer base whilst contributing to additional profitable sales.
Key responsibilities shall include but not exclusively:
Marketing/Advertising:
• Promotional Programs and Advertising for CES under Guidance of CES Country Sales Manager
• Oversee / carry out translation of all sales promotion documentation
• Management of advertising tools (Press advertising, Online advertising, Print advertising tools and Direct Marketing like e-mailing campaigns)
• Manage documentation quantities and dispatch
• Management of reference projects, shootings, success stories and datasheets
• Pro-active developing marketing ideas and opportunities for CES team
• Collection and distribution of information about competitor’s actions

Call Support Incoming and Outgoing:
• Deal professionally with all incoming calls
• Provide superior technical advice to the industry
• Create opportunities for sales reps
• Project follow-up through use of Capture system
• Follow up specified projects through maintaining direct contact and providing price information to general contractors’ calculation departments
• Maintain contacts database of calculation departments of key general contractors
• Work on agreed outgoing telephone campaign to support sales strategy if relevant

This company offer exciting and progressive work loads with international profession surroundings, as such an intermediate knowledge of English will certainly help candidates suceed whilst the majority of sales and working interaction shall be carried out in Czech, as such fluent professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required.

Experience in sales, marketing and sales support in technical markets such construction, property, architecture and associate procurement lines is a must for this role along with previous experience in divising, managing and analysing sales campaigns.
