On behalf of a large international organization with its HQ located in Europe Reed is recruiting for senior candidate for position of Sales Manager for Indoor Lightning division in B2B field. Global presence and multiple product lines makes this company the worldwide leader in its field, which is currently offering a great opportunity to join their successful team in Slovakia.

Main responsibilities of Sales Manager will include:
• business development, acquisition of new customers, building up the relationships with existing clients (facilities like office parks, hospitals, factories, shopping malls)
• business planning and project coordination
• looking over the competitors and market, searching for new business opportunities (tenders, new projects and start-ups coming to the Slovakia)
• providing communication between customer and technical support department, helping to find the best solutions

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile:
• university degree in technical engineering
• previous experience in the field (even with different product) – you need to know the market and the customers (same segment) - HVAC, measurements and control, automation of the buildings, elevators, etc.
• proven sales experience (acquisition of the customers, building the relationships, establishing the cooperation), B2B product or project management
• fluent knowledge of English and Slovak language
• very good communication and presentation skills, goals oriented
• ability to travel (up to 25% of working time)
