Reed is seeking on behalf of a reputed international organization a Business Process Manager to lead a team of 6 analysts. This team will be responsible for mapping, documenting and leaning end-to-end processes for Finance & Accountancy operations across Europe. This role will suit a Lean/ BPM/ Six Sigma practitioner and people manager with a strong experience in BPM, Performance and Service Delivery management.

* Strong background in performance management and service delivery
* Visio & MS Office knowledge
* Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast changing environment
* Good understanding of risks and controls issues faced in finance SSC environment
* Lean, Six Sigma or BPM Certification is a plus
