Job description, responsibilities and duties
This role is focused on global monitoring of financial indicators on multiple Sites/ Plants in industrial area.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant parties to create annual budgets in line with business objectives-
In charge of overseeing overhead expenses such as global construction projects, R&D, IT costs, and Administration.
- Monitor and analyze overhead costs and hours by unit and function through reports.
- Hold regular meetings with cost center and functional managers to assess results, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare financial aspects for function reviews, identifying opportunities for cost savings. - Collaborate closely with functional managers and finance teams.
- Provide guidance and assistance to business unit controlling and subsidiaries in budgeting and forecasting processes.
