• Support by establishing of company in Slovakia
• Help with finding an office space
• Cooperation on hiring other employees- colleagues
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Management of the office suppliers
• Processing telephone calls, fax, correspondence management
• Communication with customers and business partners
• Other tasks which will appear during the working process
• Cooperation on marketing activities

Personality requirements and skills

• Min 3 years of experience within the financial environment (banks, insurance companies, etc.) is mandatory
• minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, operation or client service or in other financial environment
• able to develop an support all departments in the company
• Exceptional project and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate well in English and Czech
• Ability to work on your own
• Organizational skills and great multitasking
• Willingness to travel (within Europe, 3-5 days per month)
• Trustworthy person
• Motivated self-starter, willing to learn new things every day
• Person able to work independently but responsibly, regarding the work tasks
• Professional exam on medium and higher level of professional competence (according to NBS decree 9/2010) is a big advantage
