Plant Operations Manager

For our international client, a leading company in metal manufacturing in its sector, we are searching the suitable candidate for a position of
Plant Operations Manager located in Slovakia
we require:
- experience in metal manufacturing on the similar position (ideally sheet metal processing)
- professional workng knowledge of metal working processes and technologies
- being an expert in mechanical drawings interpreting
- fluent in ENGLISH
job includes:
- managing production, procurement and planning of daily operations
- planning, managing and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- supervising and ensuring high quality and safety standards of the production
- managing the purchase, logistics and stock flow to cover production requirements
- recruiting, trainig and appraising production epmloyees, a team of 80 people
- reporting to the Board of Directors
