What will you do?
• Participate, execute and support the establishment of a sustainable demand governance model including process (e.g. RACI) and tools within ERP IT and supporting all functional areas where ERP IT has responsibility for, ensuring effective collection, prioritization, resource planning and budget management
• Support the ERP IT planning process for ERP IT Business Partners, ensuring sound business cases and analyzing key business initiatives and informational needs that support, improve and/or transform business operations, processes and strategy
• Facilitate demand management meetings between Business and IT, providing necessary data, reports and context to these discussion to enable quick/timely decision making
• Support ERP IT Business partners in the setup of demand reporting portfolio (KPIs) to allow them to proactively manage the investment portfolio to deliver the agreed capabilities including solution concepts and business cases for new investments where applicable
• Be a key player in the execution and support of the demand processes and toolset which support the demand management governance within ERP IT, from unplanned demand to strategic demand including annual demand, project and enhancement requests
• Propose ideas, ways of improving, managing existing demand process, proactively joining effort with other functional areas leveraging opportunities of sharing, re-using best-practices and standardizing

Who are we looking for?
Someone with:

• At least 3 years of experiences in the areas of project and demand management or first experience in the conceptual/design area of demand management and planning including process/toolset exposure and support
• Prefer to have Life Sciences industry experience
• Customer Orientation: ability to communicate with key stakeholders
• Hands-on, analytical and pragmatic, can deal with changing priorities at times, ability to work on his/her own
• Methodology: savvy in IT process, best practices & standards, e.g. ITIL
• GxP / SOX: sound knowledge of validation practice and Financial and IT control standards
• Ability to cope with complexities, ambiguities and matrix organizations
