For well known, international company based close to Prague, we are searching for new colleagues into HR department for different roles - if you are HR proffesional with English and Hungarian, apply and we will see, what we can do together.
One of those roles is Recruitment coordinator for whole Europe, Middle East and Africa region - working with offices in these regions in one of the TOP companies on the world.
What will you do?
- You will support the teams of recruiters and HRs in the region to make their work easier - attrack, interview and onboard new colleagues.
- Managing the open roles in the tracking system and other channels for attraction of candidates to ensure tracking and reporting
- Ensuring candidate satisfaction by handling interviews invitations, coordination and follow-up communication with all parties included - candidates, hiring managers and HR
- Drive satisfaction surveys to ensure optimalization.

- Coordination of onboarding - creating drafts of all documents and information needed for new employee
What do you need to have:
- At least high school graduate, university education advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, support service or recruitment areas required - combination of two of those advantage
- Customer service experience is a requirement
- Experienced in using MS Office and SAP (HR module) is required
- English at an advanced level is required
- Hungarian at advanced level required
