Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Initiate contact for attractive prospects, build an impactful and relevant approach, reactivate customers with low activity.
Define an action plan for all customers in his portfolio based on customer needs (i.e. customer segmentation), market share, profitability & potential.
Work with the Sales advisors to carry out customer action plan.
Lead the negotiations with the customer to define price range, contract terms, payment terms, collection of outstanding payments…
Fill-in CRM each day with all contacts performed (visits & calls) and with the data collected regarding the customers and the markets.
Develop sales of the whole range including new products and cross-selling to develop the customers.
Ensure the optimization of the added value for each customer (pricing, services, mix of products).
Special actions for individual products and/or industry solutions.
Primary responsibility for the annual planning and achieving the objectives set.
Planning and support of cross-customer activities.
Yearly budgeting for all AIP customers down to product family; monitors budget variances.
Competitive Analysis.
Coordination of marketing activities for the product segments.
Processing, coordination and monitoring of important complaints.
Coordination of the cooperation of suppliers for the product range.
Work closely with the key departments of the company (sales, purchasing, marketing, etc.).
Planning and support territorial / transnational customer measures.
Participate in development meetings.
Training of customers and sales force.
