Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client - customer centre in tourism we are looking for motivated individuals who will mostly deal with French and German customers by mail, phone and chat. The main responsibilities will be:
* reservations, rescheduling of orders
* storno"s work with database and customers systems
* putting the data and new clients into system (new skiing centers, accommodations etc)
* communication with German and French clients (everything must be done in one day)
* shift work: 9,00-17,30 or 11,00-20,00
The position is for winter season from October 2015 till April 2016 with the possibility of prolongation!
