Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

The holder of this position will support the AVP International Tax in the management of the tax affairs of the company. This will involve but will not be limited to Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax compliance and reporting (including YE), withholding taxes, stamp duty, treasury tax issues, tax enquiries and tax audits, supply chain issues, VAT compliance and advice.

Main duties and responsibilities
Support the AVP International tax in taking care of the tax affairs of company Group. This includes but is not limited to:
 Take care of Transfer pricing matters including transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements and functional analyses within the region delegated to the jobholder by the AVP International TAX and under her supervision;
 Oversee the Group corporate income tax and VAT compliance and tax reporting (including YE);
 Manage Tax and VAT audits, enquiries and litigations delegated to the jobholder by the AVP International TAX and under her supervision;
 Take care of Tax and VAT on projects delegated to the jobholder by the AVP International TAX and under her supervision;
 Manage Tax risks;
 Educate the other peers on International Tax matters.

The holder of this position will also support and advise the Accounting Teams with Corporate Income Tax and VAT, including but not limited to:
 Tax calculations and reporting (including deferred tax and YE tax reporting);
 Corporate income tax and VAT queries coming from different business streams and operational systems;
 Queries and clarifications to customers under audit (mainly VAT related);
 Any other support the AVP International tax may deem necessary.

Reporting and collaboration
 The holder of the position reports solid-line to the AVP International Tax
 Collaborate with the Other Finance, Legal and Business peers and particularly with the Accounting Teams.

Key competencies
 Very good international tax advisory competency in direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, tax compliance and tax reporting;
 Strong ethics;
 Ability to manage multiple projects and to work independently with a minimum of supervision;
 Excellent English is a must. Knowledge of German or French a plus;
 Willing to learn;
 Able to work in a “need it now” environment, to multitask and to prioritise;
 Hands-on attitude and attention to details;
 Team player with clear understanding of roles and responsibilities;
 Reliable and sense of commitment

Preferable skills and competencies
 Ability to explain complex tax topics in an easy way;
 Logical and with a detailed approach but at the same time pragmatic, problem solver, organised and methodical;
 Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the business and other functions;
 Ability to handle sensitive information;
 Customer focused;
 Good MS Office skills;
 Good personality with a sense of humour.

Experience
Preferably with a Big 4 background and a minimum of 6 years of experience as a tax generalist in international environment in both direct and indirect tax including an understanding of the interaction of
VAT with transfer pricing.
Experience with current income tax and deferred tax calculations. HFM experience is an asset.
