Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The candidate will execute client requests to the International HR Data Management team operating a PeopleSoft 9 data base called International HR Management System– “IHRMS”. Most requests require entering data into the system or taking care of other processes such as data clean-up activities and background table updates.
• Execute a large range of different action requests into the International HR database (IHRMS) following highest data quality standards
• Processing mass upload files
• Respond to client email queries within 24 or 48 hr response time (based on priorities/type of request)
• Review and assist in prioritizing of incoming requests
• Analyzing and addressing system processing issues
• Support working with PeopleSoft technical support functions as required
• Providing support to IHR Service Delivery projects
