Job description, responsibilities and duties

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
-prepares and verifies employment documents; assists new hires in comleting employment formalities;
-Collects and verifies all information related to internal changes of positions, bonuses changes of employees personnel and contractual data; receives, verifies and obtains the authorized signatures for all internal and legally requied documents
-Delivers in due time all electronic and hard copy documents necessary for payroll processing and/or for filing in employees personnel files;
-Assists the employees in completing termination formalities; initiates and follows up on the steps of the exsit process
-Collects employees requests for certificates and other documents, communucates them to the external provider and distributes the received papers;
-answer to routine employees queries on labor law and internal procedures for personnel administration and payroll areas;
-Maintains the database with personal and contractual data of subcontracted personnel;
-Monitors the timely completion of the monthly time and attendance tracking process

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
-Assists new employees in enrolling for the cafeteria benefits packages;
-Retrieves information from specific applications and drafts reports on cafeteria benefits used by employees, on a monthly bases;
-Maintains the relations with the benefits vendors: communicates required information on new existing, terminated employees, monitors the operational activities and the monthly invoicing process;
-Investigates and solves employees claims on benefits and answers to routine queries

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
-Coordinates with the external services provider and organized the health and safety training for new and existing employees;
-Monitors and documents all health and safety trainings/activities/events as required by local law
-Plans and monitors the employment and periodical medical checkup.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Human Resources - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

-University Degree
-Professional experience in personnel administration or payroll areas of at least 1 year
-Solid knowledge of the Slovak Labor Law
-General knowledge of the local personnel administration practices
-Good command of English Language
-Computer skills: MS Outlook, Work, Excel - intermediate level
-Perfect communication and customer service skills
-Planning and organizing skills
-Attention to details
