Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for candidates for the position of Telesales advisor with following tasks:

Making outgoing calls of first contact on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to Sale closure.
To keep an accurate and up to date call log.
Producing brief reports of telephone-call results.
Attending regular team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the Sales Team.

Personality requirements and skills

The role holder MUST be a fluent German speaker AND fluent English speaker, active and dedicated seller exiting about telesales opportunity working within a small and dynamic team that has been created in Bratislava to grow this exciting new offering. Therefore, good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and team working are essential. They will also need to be cool under pressure, to avoid becoming defensive or irritated when times are tough, to be mature, accountable and to hold things together during challenging times. Furthermore, the role holder should be dedicated to meeting expectations and the requirements of internal and external customers, to act with customer in mind, and to get customers information and to use this for improvements in services and products.
