Job description, responsibilities and duties
The position has 4 main aims:
1. Work as part of customer service team in BA
2. Communication with customers in foreign languages
3. Work in order to ensure SLA’s and KPI´s are maintained
4. Participate in creating a professional company image
It is a great opportunity for students.
Working hours are 20 hours per week (4 hours/day).
Main duties:
Dealing with customers either by telephone, e-mails, fax or letter
Keeping records of customer interactions and contacts
Researching required information using available resources
Communicate and coordinate with all team members, internal departments and local offices
Following-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
Recognizing and alerting the supervisor of trends in customers inquires
Identifying and escalating priority issues
Recommending processes improvements
Principal accountabilities:
Maintaining the work shift hours
Providing customers with relevant information
